Emotional Healing : Change your perspective

Read your life story.

You are born. All organs are functional and adequately responding as you grow. As you grow you experience changes. As you grow you develop a perspective. Every experience that you go through in life leaves a profound impact on your emotional, mental and physical health. The magnitude of the impact depends on your emotional health.

Every object has a bio-electro-magnetic field around it, called its aura. Same is true for human beings. All our actions / words / thoughts / feelings have and impact on our aura. Every positive impacts strengthens the aura and every negative one damages it.

When we do / say / feel, we store it in memory. Memories are the experiences stored without filtration. Recall of memory is almost like reliving the experience.

Continuous damage to aura leads to symptoms of abuse in the physical body it is around.

And then begins the journey of a diseased state. A diseased state can be eased out by healing, curing it to a level where no remnants of the disease is left. If it happens so, you regain health.

 

Importance of brain

All the organs and systems keep the body working to its optimum, but when they are not in optimum working state the mind takes over, through the hormones. Once the production and circulation of the hormones gets afflicted wrong messages are sent to the brain, thereby altering the complete chemistry of the body.

Brain understands only the signals sent to it. But the MIND we carry, synonymous [but the virtual player part of it actually] to brain, is the one that plays a bigger role. It builds a TRAP. It makes us believe that every adverse condition we face is caused by our body. And we should ignore the pain or cure it with medicines. We keep searching for a solution but the active mind doesn’t let go of the toxic emotions that we develop in this search, the blame game, the victimized mentality.


Being free of disease comes from a stable mind. And a stable mind comes only when you learn to let go of your toxic emotions. These toxic emotions have been named as 'shadripus', the ऋण, रोग, शत्रु , all arise from these toxic emotions. Whenever you serve them with more food they like (which is negative feelings/ thoughts/ words/ actions), they crave for more. They make you feel like a VICTIM, with a constantly complaining attitude.

And then you let the mind control you, your heart, your body. The result is degradation of your ascension / journey, getting deviated, losing and falling down the ladder - the ladder of happiness, bliss, and divine connection.

Medicines cannot heal you, they only cure the symptoms.

The nucleus (the remnant of the emotional hurt/ wound) dries and shrinks but stays inside the body to flare back up, when it gets a congenial environment, which comes often and again when you feel emotionally toxic and hurt.

A constantly complaining attitude builds up a lot of toxins inside your body. Every negative emotion has a target organ. We overlook/ ignore/ stay unaware (maybe deliberately as it hurts) of the symptoms till the toxic emotion creates a large wound. This emotional wound then turns into a symptom or a group of symptoms that medical science associates with "names of diseases", categorising them as #infectious disease, #lifestyle disease, #genetic disease. etc. And so on.

But now it is scientifically proven that EVERY SYMPTOM OF A DISEASE ARISES OUT OF AN EMOTIONAL ISSUE.

So, why not work on the body before everything goes in control of the mind?

कहते हैं जिंदगी ( considering it to be the palm) में ईश्वर को भी अपने अंगूठे के बराबर जगह देना चाहिए ( not the whole space). Correlate it, "Excess of everything is bad." Allow the mind only a small proportion of engagement in your life, give importance to your body, not the mind.

 

When you overthink about a situation/ issue/ event and feel that you have not yet received what you deserve, listen and watch your body.

Have you given your body what it deserves?

Your body is the only thing in this universe that has come with you and will disintegrate when you leave, the only possession of yours.

The only abode of your spirit, rest all is timely ..... if something new comes in your life, something old exits your life.


Importance of body

Heart - Keep your heart healthy, ( allow love, compassion and kindness to govern it, feel the happiness as a child does, it will keep you young at heart).

Don't tell me, " I love being with children, I laugh, I feel bad for animals and feed them."

This is NOT what being kind compassionate and loving means. It means to be so ALWAYS, irrespective of when, why, with whom, what if.

isn't it hard?

Yes, it is.

But you need to practice it. 

The heart keeps pumping blood and oxygen 24/7, without missing a beat.

Can you even listen to it for 5 min.

No, even a doctor does it for a minute or so . 

Try listening to it.

This is called DEVOTION.

Do u have it for your own body?

Develop it.

कितना अच्छा लगता है न सुनना कि श्रीराम ऐसे थे। हम ऐसे नहीं बन सकते, पर थोड़ी कोशिश तो कर सकते हैं।  Also we love to seek help from Lord Hanuman but can we be so devoted to someone or a cause, like Him. He carried Shriram-janki in his heart,

CAN YOU CARRY EVEN ONE PRINCIPLE OF THEIR LIVES IN YOUR HEART?

Try it. It will help in keeping a healthier heart in you.

Lungs - Your lungs  breathe in the air around you and this air then moves inside your body releasing the oxygen from it for your body.

But your body does not completely empty the air of oxygen, it replaces some amount of Oxygen with carbon dioxide but the air we breathe out still has some oxygen in it.

ISN'T OUR BODY GRACIOUS ?

It doesn't overutilize even the air,

but

aren't we over-utilizing it's SILENT AND PATIENT WAIT for you to listen to it before it gets empty of everything and can't stand anymore of abuse.....It needs to be heard. Else it will go in a state of GRIEF.

और दुखी हो कर वो सांस लेने में दिक्कत पैदा कर सकती है - Respiratory issues.


Stomach - Your stomach ACCEPTS whatever you ingest, breaks it down. It stays in an highly acidic medium to breakdown whatever you ingest, rather THROW in it (it sounds rude- Throw in - yes, but it is true because you don't even have time to chew a bite for 32 times, although you have 32 teeth).You make it accept whatever you give it. It patiently, in a highly toxic environment, breaks it down so that your body picks up the good in all that and sends it to the intestine.

Do you have that kind of acceptance for all that us thrown at you in life?

You can't even tolerate mere arguments and bitch-barking, can you?

And your stomach keeps accepting everything , even your toxic emotions [which keep your mind actively involved even when chewing food] and when it grumbles, you take an antacid and think everything is fine.

Why shouldn't you get the same treatment?

No……???

then start listening to it.


Intestines - Your intestines, they absorb the good from all that acidic, broken down food sent over by the stomach. They have to search for the good among all the bad, everyday, as many times as you eat. And when they try to find water  to move the bad further down for elimination, they find YOU DON'T HAVE TIME OR INTEREST in drinking water. You don't even provide enough water – the natural resource for them to function to their best. Slowly they allow the bad to gather around their lumen (become the dry hard stool, and you are termed CONSTIPATED). 

Why?

Because you are not providing enough to let go ( eliminate) the unwanted. The intestines learn to live in that environment because they can't complain to anyone how badly victimized they are. And you have grudges and loud cries for people who don't allow you to do whatever you want to do.

Learn to stay in prison.

learn to listen to your body.

Sooner or later, you will develop piles - where even the exit will be barred. [overgrowth in anal region stopping easy evacuation of the feces.

And in life too you feel TRAPPED, unable to find an exit to normal life.

 

Kidneys – Your kidneys are the organs that have the power to flush away all the negative emotions along with the extra/unwanted dissolvable molecules that water brings to them in its circulation from different body parts. They are the seat of release of कफ़ and पित्त. It means the cells and the tubules of kidney fill themselves up with the high acidic and congested material that needs to be released/eliminated from the body and then help you, with the water as the medium, release them out through urination.

But, you don’t have time to drink water every now and then. Your doctor told you you need 2 liters of water daily [minimum – he said so but you skipped hearing this extra word].

The kidneys keep struggling with the situation, raising an alarm through pains in joints and burning sensation while urinating. You take medicines for it but forget to drink water still. Till you reach a borderline state of a disease that your doctor names according to the condition.


You blame the liver, the stomach and all.

You may try to blame it to the genetic code you carry, but you do not take the responsibility of situation because your mind is still actively playing its favorite game.


It's high time listen to your body, bring down its suffering.

Offer your gratitude, thank it.

Ask for it's forgiveness.

You have committed the biggest sin - not understanding your own abode .

Set up a routine, look after all that is needed to stay healthy, and you will not be needing medicines, not remedies.

Heal yourself. You can heal others, only after you heal yourself.

Today let me generalize it - you can raise better human beings and social atmosphere, only if you love yourself first and look after your self first.

Honour and celebrate your existence.

Don't try to find short term solutions, to overlook your main responsibility of taking care of your abode. 

Bifurcations never let you reach the goal, unless YOU steer back to the main path. And this can happen only when you let the body control the mind not the other way round. 

Everything that you do in this universe ( even fighting and arguing) is your CONTRIBUTION to the life on this planet.

Understand / realize that your actions and reactions bring wounds to your body and aura.

The tendency to worry, being anxious, being depressed - all are CURABLE.

We need to carry a head above the shoulders - not a head in your body below the heart.

Let the body guide the mind, not the other way around.

Release the grip of toxic emotions, and ascend toward clarity.
