Located in the neck region, the Throat Chakra is the center of the soul's mind, which connects to the mind of the Creator.
Location of the thyroid gland
The thyroid gland is in the lower front part of the neck, above the trachea.
Thyroid function
The gland secretes thyroxine (T4) and other similar hormones that control cell activity, cell growth and cell repair. It works particularly actively during periods of change, such as puberty and menopause, and in these periods, their dysfunction also often occurs.
He has a will against your will. The development of the animal kingdom leads to man, who does not function only with the help of the astral body, but through the ever-developing mental body. This body enables him to think logically and analytically and, thanks to this mechanism, protects the individual from the effects of an excessively developed astral body.
The stimulus from the soul, which is a manifestation of the higher self, enters the chakra system through the crown center and the right cerebral hemisphere.
From there it heads down to the throat chakra, where it transforms into a thought form. Here it is taken over by the astral body and expressed with the help of the heart center or solar plexus, which depends on whether the stimulus satisfies the wishes of the soul or the personality. Such a change often occurs in the throat chakra, where the personality learns to use the powers of the mental body to its advantage. Therefore, when a stimulus from the soul appears in this center, it can lead to problems if it contradicts the plans and value system of the personality.
It can happen that the stimulus stops and returns through the crown center and the left cerebral hemisphere. This can hinder the development of the soul and lead to a conflict between the will of the personality and the will of the soul, which can manifest itself as some disease in the area of the throat chakra. I discovered that this chakra is very often out of balance, because a person is now learning to use his mental body and its creative power not only to express the wishes of the personality, but also of the soul.
Breath of life
The impulses of the soul come to us in the form of inspiration. This heralds the birth of a new idea. Symbolically, at the level of the body, it represents breath. Through the creation of thought forms, the stimulus gets a certain shape and can be expressed in words or actions. The reaction to this manifestation provides the basis for the creation of another stimulus, ie the completion or death of one stimulus (expiration) leads to the birth of another (inspiration).
There is a short break between birth and death, giving time to process the information received before the next impulse is created.
On the physical level, exhalation symbolizes expression in the form of thoughts. It is followed by a short break, when a small sensor in the carotid artery, the carotid body, evaluates the content of gases in the blood. The increase in carbon dioxide values and the decrease in oxygen acts as a trigger and stimulates the beginning of the next cycle — inhalation. Esoteric teachings assume a connection between the carotid body, the pituitary gland and the pineal gland, which together regulate the expression, reception and creation of a stimulus. We breathe fifteen times in a minute. Each of these cycles represents birth and death, with a wealth of information in between
Sound as a form of expression
Two vocal cords are attached to the part of the larynx, i.e. in the area of influence of the throat chakra. We say that during inhalation, the air passes between the vocal cords, which can be brought closer to each other with the help of the muscles of the larynx. Ears are the organ for balance and hearing. Hearing is vital for children's speech development. A deaf child will have problems with pronunciation and will speak without intonation. The ears allow us to listen to our own speech and check on a deeper level whether what we express corresponds to the original stimulus.
There is a close relationship between tinnitus and other hearing disorders and the true expression of stimuli, but we will talk about that later.
Emotions associated with the throat chakra
After a short conversation, I always know if someone has problems in the area of the throat chakra. It is the chakra of excuses. He is a "yes, but..." type of person . Even before I can propose a solution to the problem, such a person impatiently answers: "Yes, but the buses don't go there on Sundays" or "yes, but someone has to feed the cat" or "yes, but it can still snow even in the middle of June" . It's fascinating to listen to this type of people, you won't find such a collection of excuses anywhere else. "I have little time because I take care of others"... makes them feel that they are very important and self-sacrificing. " I'm terribly tired"... but from boredom and those eternal excuses. "It's too difficult.", "I won't be able to..." "I can't..." before we actually try.
There are also excuses that relate to the future. "When the children leave home..." "When my husband retires..." "When I win some money..." "When I stop making excuses!"
In all these cases, the analytical abilities of the mental body are used to manipulate the situation in favor of the personality. This type of people think logically and often start their sentences with "I think that..." There is no point in trying to reason with them, because they have an abundance of answers to questions. It is best to agree with them and wait until they themselves decide to change. They are very stubborn and always on the alert, because just like people with problems in the area of the basic chakra and solar plexus, they need to control the situation. They use excuses as a means to prevent inner self-expression, because they hide all kinds of fears.
"If I say what I think, will people still like me?" "If I express my thoughts, will others understand me?" "When people find out who I really am, will they accept me?" "If I say what I want, they won't think I'm selfish" "If I say what I think, won't I hurt someone?"
All of these comments relate to other chakras that relate to the topics of self-esteem, self-love, self-esteem, etc. But ultimately, self-control of self-expression takes place in the area of the throat chakra, because it includes the most important means of communication. We see here a close connection between the cross and neck chakra.
Both are related to communication and self-expression through a relationship. The cross chakra is about the relationship between two people or the male and female sides in us. In the case of the neck chakra, it is the relationship between the personality and the soul. For many people, it is difficult to send energy from the cross to the throat chakra, from "me as part of the relationship" to "me as part of soul energy". It is especially common during menopause in women who have created their children but do not know how to express themselves. Backflow of energy occurs in people who have problems with their sexual identity and establishing heterosexual relationships. Here the energy of the cross chakra can be transformed into the neck area by achieving a high level of creativity, e.g. in music, visual arts, poetry, dance, hairdressing... however, one chakra cannot develop at the expense of another... ultimately harmony must be restored.
Suppression of self-expression leading to tearfulness and moodiness. For many women, instead of getting angry, they cry, and this deepens their helplessness, because this completely devalues their ability to communicate. Others may regard them as "sensitive women", but it is impossible to have a serious conversation with them. It can be a return to childhood, when the female gaze was always neglected or considered too emotional. Crying is often resorted to by children who would rather cry than speak their mind. They feel that no one understands or listens to them and it is common especially where parents shout at children.
Children who cannot express their feelings also become moody and withdrawn. They themselves are not clear about what they actually want to say and they tend to feel that their surroundings react negatively to every new idea or conversation in which some emotions are contained. It is therefore very important in every relationship to allow all participants to fully express their feelings, without the partner taking on the role of victim. This does not mean that he cannot react to it, but he should speak from an objective point of view rather than from the position of a victim.
Everyone wants to be heard, even children, whose speech is limited and contains "irrelevant" facts. During the day, space should be made for family members or co-workers to talk not only about facts, but also about their feelings.
Change
One of the biggest fears manifested in the three dominant chakras (base, solar plexus and neck) is the fear of change. Change can lead to uncertainty, vulnerability and confusion, and these are very undesirable circumstances for people who like to be in control of their lives. Analytical thinking and its expression in the form of speech can be cleverly used to prevent any change. People of this type are divided into two categories: those who are "too busy" and therefore do not have time for changes, and those who are "too lazy" to change something. Both types have in common that they avoid change. Those who are "too busy" come into the room, sit on the edge of the chair, talk very quickly and tell you how much work they have during the day and don't leave much room for your questions. When you manage to get the floor and turn the conversation to their own development, they change the subject or tell you they have to go.
Sometimes they will tell you that they are constantly changing, and they can actually prove that they often rearrange the furniture in their apartment, change their hairstyle, move, make extensive changes in the garden and change jobs. Basically, there is no movement in their life because they are so busy with external affairs that it makes internal change and expression of their self impossible. A similar rejection of change can be observed even among those who are "too lazy and comfortable" . They sink into their chairs, sigh deeply and ask what I will do to make them feel better.
When you ask them what they are going to do, they again sigh deeply and say that they have no energy to do anything. They object to every recommendation you make and you begin to understand why they are so tired. They devote all their energy to maintaining the appearance of inactivity. Both of these types are afraid to face reality.
"Where am I going? I know I've lost my way, I'm not fulfilled, and now I'm afraid to take a step to change."
It may seem that others will resist the change and it will lead to disappointment - this is the most common concern expressed by my patients. But disappointment is ultimately just our own negative feeling and points to much deeper concerns: "What if my man won't let me start work?" She has never asked him about it, but she is afraid of crossing recognized boundaries. "No one at work will support me in this." It is unlikely that you will be supported by those who are alone at the ends. "And what if I don't succeed?" And what if it is? Fear of failure relates to the area of the base chakra and the need to be perfect. If you never try, you will never experience failure, but you will also never achieve fulfillment.
Decide that you appreciate doing things to the best of your ability and that in itself will be success. "I don't believe that I will be successful." Don't program yourself to fail. It is better to prepare suitable conditions than to leave it to fate. Fate is controlled by the force of attraction and therefore can come from the level of the soul and from the level of personality. "My family doesn't understand my desire for change." It may be true, but is it essential? It is essential that you understand your need for self-expression on some level.
"I don't want to hurt others with my selfish goals." As we saw in the chapter on the solar plexus, if we try to please others, in the end their demands become a burden to us. Who knows? By finding the courage to change something, we can give others the strength to do the same.
Change is not an easy thing, but it is inevitable. It is part of the development of the soul and without it stagnation occurs.
Ignoring change can lead to a crisis in our life, and this can manifest as an illness. It can become a means to bring about change. The first step from safety is temporary uncertainty, when there is movement and we have the opportunity to go in any direction.
Analogies
When we shift gears in the car, we pass through a certain center position, "neutral". In this position, the car often moves freely and the wheels are not controlled by the engine. A time when the wheels spin out of control tests our faith in soul guidance.
When a parachutist jumps out of a plane and falls in free fall, it is also a moment when he has to believe that when he pulls the cord, the parachute will open. During such a period of "idling", which can appear as a loss of control, we can choose to either go back to the starting point or venture forward.
Many return to their original state and find that things have not changed and feel the urge to do something again. So they jump again and this time they pass through the neutral point to a new certainty. I have observed this sequence in attempts to leave work, leave a partner or parental home. At the beginning, the reversal is caused by anger or fear, followed by a short-term return and then an even stronger decision to leave. Change is a time when we leave the old and accept the new.
It is symbolized by a snake shedding its skin at the beginning of a new cycle of life. The phase of "idling" and potential vulnerability can take place as a period of hibernation or quiet retreat. There is time to go inside and find strength and wisdom for the next steps. The symbol of such a period is winter, a time of reflection and planning before the new birth of spring. We can also see it in the caterpillar, which wraps itself in a protective cocoon during the transformation, and then appears as a butterfly.
It is the same with the crab. When he wants to grow up, he has to come out of his hard shell so that his body has enough space. Then he looks for the dark depths where he will be safe and leaves the shell. At this stage he is very vulnerable and hopefully well hidden. It grows slowly, the skin begins to harden and take the shape of a new shell.
A person's strength resides within. The outer shell reveals weakness and can be easily destroyed. Many of our changes consist of replacing the outer shell with what comes from the inner being.
In times of change, it is important to be surrounded by friends and family members who like us simply because we are who we are. We must also not forget the child inside us who may be afraid and needs to be cared for. This means plenty of good food, fresh air, friends and rest. As with the butterfly chrysalis, there is a time of "Spring Cleaning" when we get rid of what we don't need to make room for the new. If we don't make space for ourselves, we don't wash the cups of old memories and emotions, we won't have room for new experiences. Change is often accompanied by a period of grief that follows any loss, whether we lose a family member, a partner, a job or our identity. Even if we miss a train, we will experience such a short period of sadness. It is a way to realize and accept the loss and we go through different emotions:
a) numbness, when we act automatically;
b) a feeling of guilt and self-blame, when we often use the words "I wish" ;
c) anger towards others, which can be health professionals or even a family member who died;
d) confusion and disorientation, when we start to really feel the loss;
e) acceptance and realization that life must go on.
It's easy to stop at some point in the grieving process, especially when we're more unhappy about what we've lost than the fact that someone has died. This requires a calm understanding of the situation and at the same time the courage to move forward. Blocks can manifest as an imbalance in the physical body. Then the unshed tears manifest as a chronic cold; hurt or guilt often accompanies cancer; anger manifests itself in liver or gall bladder problems; confusion related to the third eye manifests itself as headaches and visual disturbances.
The symptoms disappear only if we accept the situation and decide to release the old emotions. The viral transformation is also accompanied by external changes. By that I mean new clothes, hairstyle, apartment furnishings, new friends, work and way of eating. All this helps to consolidate internal changes and therefore deserves support. Some old customs such as drinking alcohol can no longer be tolerated at the level of new vibrations of the internal bodies. This must be accepted because things can never be the same. Every second brings us new experiences that we have not encountered before. Have the courage to change when the impulse comes from your soul.
Body language
The language of the body, that is, the area of the larynx, is captured in common terms. "My throat tightened" when we are afraid to speak. "I have a lump in my throat" often refers to unspoken sadness. Or we may have a constant need to clear our throat, as if we want to speak, but nothing happens. Sometimes we observe that someone's voice stutters when they come across something unpleasant and difficult to express. Other times we put our hand over our mouth as if we want to stop words that may not be well received by others.
People who are prone to blushing may notice that the blushing stops when it reaches the neck area. It means the desire to speak, but the fear of touching someone who is concerned. I also noticed that those who do not want to accept new ideas or do not like changes, wear clothes close to the neck or protect this area with a scarf, scarf or high collar. We observe the opposite tendencies in people who feel trapped and want a change, but are unable to see a way to break free. It is especially common during menopause, when the suppressed energy of change manifests itself in the form of red spots, muscle pain, irritability and depression. People with these problems need to loosen their clothing, especially around the neck.
Mouth movements also reveal interesting things.
For example – does the mouth move symmetrically during speech? Some people only speak out of one side of their mouth; this shows fear or anxiety to use the other side and if the right side is suppressed, it indicates problems in self-assertion. If the left side is suppressed, it may be a fear of showing one's own sensitivity. The muscles of the jaw and jaw joint are areas where anger is usually held. Tension in this area can cause pain in the face, teeth, ears and neck.
The mouth would like to say something, but the inner fear of losing control prevents them from doing so. Yelling out can help a lot. The others "bite their tongue", either literally or metaphorically, and need to learn to let things go. Grinding teeth at night indicates that it is an internal disappointment that is stored in the subconscious during the day and comes to the surface only in moments of calm. Keeping a journal and writing down all your thoughts before bed helps release tension and aids sleep and relaxation. The throat chakra also includes the ears, and people who put their hands over their ears when you are talking say a lot about their reluctance to listen.
Diseases associated with the throat chakra
1) Hypothyroidism (reduced activity of the thyroid gland)
It is an insufficient activity of the thyroid gland, during which there is a decrease in the level of thyroxine and other hormones, which slows down the metabolism. Symptoms of the disease include weight gain, dry hair and skin, constipation, hair loss, poor cold tolerance and depression. Subclinically reduced activity of the thyroid gland is very common (a level of symptoms that is not yet considered a disease). We all have times when we feel down and feel like we can't move. We gain weight, we are tired and we become "buns". The level of thyroxine in the blood is mostly normal, but the energy level in the throat chakra is reduced. This is usually a sign of the need to change something, but also a reluctance to change manifested as disappointment.
The creative power can be rekindled when we encourage it by activities such as making ceramics, art work, dancing, singing, writing poetry, etc., which are connected to the right side of the brain receiving the stimuli of the soul and there will be a connection of the activity of the hands, feet and mouth with logical thinking in the left part of the brain.
2) Thyrotoxicosis (increased activity of the thyroid gland)
In this disease caused by increased activity of the thyroid gland, there is weight loss, sweating, tremors, anxiety and palpitations. Here, excess energy is spent on non-constructive, non-creative activities.
Therapy should not only reduce metabolism at the physical level, but also help a person focus his energy in a creative way during the activities we talked about. As with underactive thyroid, many people have symptoms of overactive thyroid without evidence of elevated blood thyroid levels. These are the times when we have a lot of work and try to do many things at once and maybe try to avoid the deeper components of our creativity. Helping a person to stop and look inside is a gift that we should offer at this time.
3) Asthma
Asthma is characterized by the narrowing of the trachea, either by muscle contraction or excessive mucus, and this leads to difficulties, especially when exhaling. People with these problems also have other allergies and often react very sensitively to their surroundings and adapt to the moods of others. They feel that it is not appropriate for them to express their thoughts and feelings and that it would not be accepted by those around them. It is not unusual to find that asthma started in childhood during a time when there were some problems in the family: " I had my first asthma attack when I was sitting on my parents' bed and they were arguing." "My asthma gets worse every time I feel that no one understands me."
I have experienced that asthma appeared in infants whose mothers were anxious during pregnancy and this was transferred to the fetus, which perceives the mother's needs, but is unable to act in any way. It is very important to teach children how to protect themselves, especially in the area of the solar plexus, against the emotional influence of others. It is also necessary for them to learn to freely express their own feelings without fear that those around them will react to it with anger or anxiety. How other people react is their problem and we should encourage parents of asthmatic children to support any form of creative expression in their children.
Asthma can also appear in adulthood when we suppress sadness and grief after an event. Speaking, writing and breathing deeply are essential for people of this type. Most asthmatic and also most anxious people breathe only with the upper part of the lungs and the lower part does not work. The diaphragm, a large muscle closing the ribcage from the bottom, should move down during inhalation, which both aids breathing and acts as a massage of the organs in the abdominal cavity. In the middle under that muscle is the solar plexus containing many emotions. If the diaphragm does not move, it does not touch this center and thus there can be no accidental release of emotions. Deep abdominal breathing not only helps people suffering from asthma to relax, but also allows them to express suppressed emotions. This can cause the symptoms to subside for a long time.
4) Bronchitis and emphysema (emphysema)
Bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchi manifested by chronic coughing and mucus secretion. It occurs commonly in smokers, including passive smokers. Smoking is a form of speech suppression, when we wish to express our opinions, but anxiety prevents us from doing so. Personally, I have nothing against smoking, but I always ask patients the reason why they have to smoke. If it's a purely social reason, then he probably doesn't smoke more than five cigarettes a day. More than five is already a crutch. However, it is important not to throw away the crutch without replacing it with an inner feeling of strength, otherwise some other crutch will appear, e.g. overeating, alcohol or drugs. On a psychological and spiritual level, the bronchi represent not so much resistance to expression as resistance to inspiration; people with these problems do not want to accept the stimuli from their soul.
Emphysema is irreversible damage caused by bronchitis and other serious lung diseases. Organically, there is an expansion of the airways, air retention and elimination of certain parts of the lungs. Inspirations - stimuli - do not get further, which often manifests as hopelessness from suffering combined with a stubborn refusal to change anything in life. Most lung diseases are related to change and the sadness and anxiety that accompany it.
5) Sore throat
What is red and inflamed indicates the connection of the physical state with unexpressed anger. In the neck area it is particularly significant, because what is to be said is suppressed due to fear of a possible reaction. It is even more significant in the case when the voice is lost . The answer to these difficulties is to learn to clearly and objectively express your opinion.
6) Tonsillitis
Just like the nose, the tonsils are part of the immune system. They develop in childhood to enable the individual to recognize what is useful to accept and what is better to reject. This process should be completed around nine years, because then the tonsils shrink and their activity also decreases. Chronic inflammation of the tonsils indicates a constant fear of new experiences or one's own manifestations. The best way to release emotions in this case is singing or writing.
7) Hearing problems
These problems tend to have many causes. It can be congenital defects, inflammation of the middle ear (ear cartilage) or damage to the nerves that conduct impulses to the brain. An essential esoteric connection is the reluctance to hear anything and the desire to separate from the outside world. People with these problems wish to escape and find peace, but this cannot be achieved by closing ourselves off from the environment. The only way to achieve inner peace is through change, and that can include admitting our fears and anxieties. In silence, we hear the voice of the inner world better and can advance on our path.
8) Tinnitus (ringing in the ears)
Ringing in the ears is very common. Mostly, these problems worsen in stressful situations and are associated with dizziness, which is related to the third eye. We should pick up the "ringing phone" , not ignore it. Here again one can observe the reluctance to leave the past and go forward.
9) Problems with the upper tract of the digestive system
The digestive system from the mouth to the anus is partly under the influence of the throat chakra and partly also under other chakras near which it is located. This whole process symbolizes the process of learning from experience. We're having experiences and hopefully we're not biting off more than we can chew. Then the enzymes break them down into workable pieces and the useful ones are absorbed. The information obtained will be used for the development of our soul, and unnecessary information will be excluded and recycled. The reason why the digestive system is related to the throat chakra is that it is actually a creative process in which food enters at one end and is transformed into energy at the other.
Many diseases of the digestive tract are related to the problem of control, when there is a conflict between " my will and your will". The food we take is under the control of our conscious mind only until the moment of swallowing. Then the autonomous nervous system, which is not controlled by consciousness, takes over, and the only way we can influence something is to act on the nervous system through emotions. Swallowing takes place in the area of the throat chakra and this is the place where the central nervous system (my will, the will of the personality) meets the autonomic nervous system (Your will, the will of the soul). It means that the throat chakra is a very important place to influence two vast systems in the body; respiratory and digestive. During the breathing cycle there is also a small possibility of the influence of the conscious mind... we can hold our breath for a short time. But the will of the soul through the autonomic nervous system and its connection with the carotid artery (see earlier) will naturally lead to inhalation and therefore inevitably prevails over the will of the personality to preserve the life force in the person.
A)Aphthae
Small ulcers in the mucous membrane of the mouth warn of the presence of food or experiences that cause pain to a person. In many cases, I found that people with these problems are sensitive souls who take life events very seriously. They need to reduce oversensitivity by caring for their inner self and actively expressing their feelings instead of repressing them.
B) Chewing and teeth
Even if there is no difficulty in this area, it is interesting to observe the way people bite into an apple, because it can symbolize their approach to life. Someone eats small pieces, someone else bites huge pieces and then wonders if they have problems with digestion. Another type chews a bite many times according to the advice he heard in childhood. It is possible that these people procrastinate for a long time with a decision and are surprised that nothing is happening in their life.
It is also fascinating to me that we have "wisdom" teeth. They appear mostly during adolescence and their basic function is to help in crushing food. Esoterically, it is surprising whether a person at this age is able to digest more knowledge and reach a higher level of wisdom thanks to careful "chewing". The fact that so many people lose their wisdom teeth because they have too small a jaw makes me wonder if we are ready for wisdom.
C) Anorexia nervosa
This is a problem of multiple chakras, but the influence of the throat chakra is strong here. Both girls and boys suffer from these problems and they arise during puberty and later in life. The following factors play a role here:
i) Desire to express one's needs through control of food intake.
ii) The wish to remain a child, not to grow up and thus not have to take on more responsibility; people with these problems could grow up too fast and miss out on the joys of childhood.
iii) The wish to be loved not for what I do, but just because I exist. Many anorexic patients come from families with high expectations, where love is associated with success. They therefore need to receive and give unconditional love, which leads to an increase in self-worth.
10) Multiple sclerosis
Diseases of the nervous system are in a certain way related to the imbalance of the etheric body, which is unable to process the energies that enter it.
A neuron consists of a cell body and a long process, or axon, which is covered with a fatty layer called myelin. The task of this layer is not only to protect the axon, but also to help conduct nerve impulses from the cell along the axon to the next cell. In multiple sclerosis, there is inflammation of the myelin sheath and subsequently the deposition of a hard and non-removable layer. This layer disrupts the conduction of nerve impulses, which causes problems such as loss of sensitivity and strength, convulsions, weakening of the senses and temporary blindness. Depending on the degree of deposition and extent of inflammation, the disease has different stages. In some patients, problems regularly subside with complete restoration of functions, while in other cases the disease progressively worsens. It is not clear why the disease has a different course, but I think it is caused by several different causes.
From a psychological and spiritual point of view, the type of disorder indicates that stimuli from the soul are received through the cellular body, but they are not transformed into action. In other words – the will to act is great, but its power is limited, scattered and ultimately released in vain (this is symbolized by the limitation of the passage of the stimulus along the axons). In patients with multiple sclerosis, we often observe excellent mental abilities with excellent logic, which become powerless due to passivity in relation to themselves or others.
People of this type do not have enough strength to act in accordance with their inner impulses and allow themselves to be influenced by the wishes of their surroundings (relation to the solar plexus). It is not uncommon for the symptoms of the disease to appear at the beginning or end of a relationship, where it is either extreme independence or a clearly visible dependence that manifests itself at a time when it is necessary to act.
Healing occurs when one learns to focus one's attention and strength on a certain step at one point in time, without needing to manipulate or depend on someone.
However, people with these difficulties also need to learn to accept without feeling indebted or vulnerable. It takes time and the ability to say out loud what one thinks.
Recommendations on how to harmonize the throat chakra
1) Develop your creativity by pursuing visual arts, ceramics, dance, sculpture, singing, writing, poetry, gardening or cooking. There is no place for "I don't think" or "I can't do it". Each creation is as unique as its creators!
2) Decide to express your feelings instead of suppressing them, even though it may be difficult. Try to write down what you want to say in order to be objective.
3) Do not assume that others will intuitively sense what you desire. Learn to ask for something and accept when the answer is "no"; on the other hand, the answer can be "yes"! Sometimes we don't seem like we need help or advice with our outward appearance. It is necessary to show the environment that we are vulnerable inside and need support. Don't be too proud and don't be afraid to ask for something.
4) When speaking about yourself or your plans, don't use words or a tone of speech that anticipates a negative outcome.
Example:
"I'm thinking of going to courses that are held very late in the evening. What do you think about that?" "You don't think I should go to those evening classes, do you?" "I know it's not very suitable for me to go to the course in the evening." Use a positive statement: "I will go to class tonight" and turn and walk away.
5) If you are the thoughtful type, keep a record of your feelings and try to change the things that throw you off balance.
6) Make a list of things you would like to do. Ask yourself what is preventing you from achieving your goals. if you find any significant obstacles, is it because you set yourself too high goals or are they just excuses? What prevents you from moving forward? Realize that you are the creator of your own future and decide right now for a change.
7) Look at your home. Are your drawers and cupboards full of things from the past that you no longer need today? Spring cleaning, no matter what time of year you do it, will make room for your future. Do spring cleaning in your mind as well and sweep away old emotions and thoughts.
8) The color blue is associated with this chakra. Use it when visualizing or wear something blue around your neck to remove blocks in that area.
9) If you're short on time, make sure you're not running away from something you don't want to admit.
10) Rejoice in your newly created self.
