End your sufferings

When we are bound together as a family, it actually means that we are related due to karma connection.
But this does not mean that we had done only bad karma in past life OR only because of that are we connected.
We are connected to learn lessons that will help our souls to reunite with the universal grand power such that we also become equally grand.
If anyone has a petty behaviour towards you, do not react in a way that will give the person's soul pleasure in doing it again and again...... Such reaction may cause repetitive patterns of that behaviour.
(I know many ladies will be feeling....मेरी ज़िंदगी जी कर देखो तब मालूम पड़ेगा कि कैसे जी रही हूँ।)
But seriously most of us, not just ladies undergo the same situation at some place/time or the other.

Now coming to the part, what lessons our soul wants us to realize by subjecting us to pettiness?
It wants us to realize that everyone CAN and DOES have a different perspective of life.
You are right in your way, the other one too feels so....rightfully.
So what should I do?
Stop giving reactions.
Stay aloof, if you want to stick to your perspective.
And if you want to react, try and try hard to react in a positive way.
It does not mean surrender to the bullying. Be innovative, find a way out ( your soul urges you, but youu ignore the message).
Slow realizations are the reason that same actions (also mistakes) are repeated.
Again, the question arises, ...I am not making a mistake, but still am suffering????
Then, I suggest ....
Look at a small insect that keeps trying to stay afloat even when surrounded by turbulent water flow in which it has somehow got trapped.....Same is your life.
YOU NEED to find a way out.... Arguing, responding in a more abusing way is not the solution.
This gives rise to the question....
How can I find/ understand the right way of responding?
It lies in the word REALIZATION.
It's not anything spiritual or religious. It means merely paying attention.
How to develop this habit of paying attention?.
No, meditation is not the shortcut. Mind programming is the way.
The first little exercise for mind programming is-
To BE GRATEFUL
To whom.....
First to the creator.
Now some will argue my creators are my parents.... NO, they r the creators of this body...Not the soul. So first gratitude should be to the UNIVERSE aka DIVINE aka GOD.
Do you realise what all HE has given you. Thank HIM daily for every little thing that u have been taking for granted till date.
Next in line for forgiveness will be YOUR OWN SELF. The body that you have gathered around your soul is what the soul does all actions through and also it is this body which suffers all the while. But when it comes to LOOKING AFTER the inner health and happiness of the body, we end up ignoring it by patching up the wounds it suffers on an external level .
साधारण तरीके से कहूं तो लीपा पोती करके खुश हो लेते हैं।
We suppress the symptoms of sickness with medicines, we eat more to overcome some emotional deprivation, we buy more things to overcome our love pangs and what not. But never do we sit and think, (never ever think twice) ..... As to what our body is trying to hint at. So seek forgiveness from your own body. Tell it that unknowingly, you have misbehaved with it , you have ignored it but now you have realised its value and importance and beg it (all body parts and organs can be individually asked even) to forgive you as you will love it with compassion and take good care of it.
Next step is LEARN TO FORGIVE.
The person, who does or says some thing against you, does it just once and forgets it (or maybe prepares further to cause you unhappiness, according to the reaction he/she gets from you), but when you don't forgive that act or words, you relive (and are re-wounded more deeply) every time you recall those moments and it forms another wound on your soul. These become the karmic imprints on the soul.
You are not responsible for everything that any other person thinks about you , says about you ... Whether it be good or bad.
So why worry what others think and say. You are responsible for only your own actions and words.
So forgive those who try to invade the privacy of your body-soul connection.
Following it comes the part of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE FOR YOUR OWN SELF. You should at all levels work for your self evolution, spiritually. It doesn't necessarily mean becoming religiously following some belief systems offered by any cult (cults are very small parts of the biggest regional group named CULTURE). It means you should listen to your inner guidance , you should bow to the inner divine power that your soul holds. It means you should work with the attachments (be it material or physical or emotional, even mental), with a certain level of detachment.
Remember your relations with others( living and non living) should be practiced with a thought that ......my soul does not want to get entrapped in anything, it wants to be free. And when you want it to be free, you should let go of control over things and people, only then will your soul experiences freedom ......a freedom that we all desire....to fly high and be happy.....but when it comes to making it a part of life , we forget to follow it. So NO CONTROLLING OTHERS. AND STAY DETACHED IN A POSITIVE WAY.
Once u reach this stage, u will realize every little experience of your life was just a lesson your soul needed to learn.
